I started my Real Estate career with Damon Caldwell 11 years ago and I attribute all my Real Estate success to him, first as an Independant Agent, then as a Team Leader for my own Team, and now as a Team Leader under The Caldwell Group. As a new Agent, it is very important to choose a mentor who is going to put you on the right path to success. Damon taught me the right way to set up and run my own business so I could be successful on my own, and everything he taught me, I now pass on to my Agents. At the Caldwell Group, we care about our Agents and we are relentless about giving them the best start in their real estate journey.
